The Under ArmourⓇ Running and Therapy Race Day Tee brings together two things that can both play a meaningful role in mental and emotional health, movement and having a space to work through what is going on beneath the surface. Featuring the “Running is my Therapy” design updated to make room for both, this performance tee is made for race mornings, training days, and everyday miles while carrying a message that running can be a powerful outlet, and therapy can be too. Finished with the Your Level Fitness anniversary patch on the sleeve, it ties the design back to the larger #YLFcommunity and the idea that taking care of yourself can look different for everyone.
